THE ESSENTIAL CEREMONY

The Essentials service is designed for couples who want professional assistance in planning their wedding ceremony. This is perfect for the bride and groom who would welcome the guidance but want to organize and coordinate most of the wedding ceremony personally. It’s also my most popular package.

Stark Weddings is here to get you on the right track and help put your ideas together to create your dream day. Together we will discuss your specific needs, your vision, and how else I can be of service.

With “The Essentials” service, you will have a FREE initial consultation where we will:

  • Develop your ideas into a theme and design for your wedding ceremony
  • Discuss possible ceremony and reception venues options
  • Provide etiquette advice – from how to word your invitations, when to send them, speeches, do’s and don’ts
  • Provide ideas and suggestions on how to personalize your ceremony
  • Assist in developing a ceremony timeline of tasks for the lead-up to the big day
  • Provide you with a wedding ceremony checklist to assist you with your planning
  • Stark Weddings will be available via email when you need advice, someone to run an idea by, or go into bridal (or groom) crisis mode.

Stark Weddings will do everything possible to arrive approximately 30 minutes before the start of your ceremony (barring uncontrollable factors such as road closures, traffic accidents, or weather conditions) to review your ceremony with the other vendors (musicians, venue coordinator, wedding planner, wedding party, photographers, videographers, readers, sponsors, etc.) to ensure that everyone knows what to expect and what is expected of them. After your ceremony, I will personally complete and mail your marriage license to the Office of the Registrar General. Long after your wedding ceremony, we will be available for ongoing support, encouragement, and follow-up in your marriage.

If you choose to meet with Stark Weddings a third time, I will meet two to three weeks before your wedding to review all aspects of your ceremony. However, should you choose to have a Wedding Rehearsal, a third meeting is unnecessary, and I would not recommend having one.

NOTE:

​Consultations are conducted in the Greater Toronto Area or via Zoom/Microsoft Teams (you must have a video camera and Zoom/Microsoft Teams Account). Travel fees may apply if consultation is held outside this area. Of course, this will be discussed with you prior.
