What an experience! I would highly recommend Anthony Edward Stark of Stark Weddings, whether you are looking for his DJ services or his Emcee talent or in our case, both! Anthony’s only request of us was a tent in case it rains, power to hook up his equipment and a schedule of events. The day of the event we had last minute changes to the walk route, to the schedule and to the event itself. Anthony remained calm and in turn calmed us with his consistent comment of: “We’ve got this”, and he did!! Anthony helped to keep us on schedule. He would leave his music spinning for the crowd and come find me or the Walk Chair to ask: “In 10 minutes the schedule says: _____, are we still on track?” He also paid attention to the event itself. If something was happening in a certain area, that wasn’t on the schedule, like the face painters for the kids, or there was a magic trick happening by our magician, he would interrupt the music to call the crowd’s attention to it, to help keep everyone engaged and to make sure everyone got the most out of the event. One of the things I love about Anthony, is his passion for what he does. He wasn’t just there to play some music or read some words. He was there to create an atmosphere. He was there to energize the crowd. He was there to make sure all the hard work we had done for months and months prior paid off for the walkers. Thank you, Anthony! Mission Accomplished. His voice was absolutely made for this. He took command of his audience of approximately 300 people. He was serious when it needed to be serious. He got the crowd amped when they needed to be lifted. My wife and I had our dream wedding on May the 4th of this year. No, the date is not a coincidence, it was in fact a Star Wars themed wedding! Anthony Stark has donated his time the past 2 years for our Rotary World Soccer Day. Anthony’s light hearted nature and great assortment of tunes has made our event really world class. He not only spins great tunes, but gives our spectators and players a real feeling of worth by explaining our cause. Anthony makes regular announcements to thank our sponsors and explains which games spectators should be focusing on at any particular moment. Anthony has set his precious time aside the past 2 years to make sure our Rotary Day would be the best that it could be. I would highly suggest him for any social function or wedding. He has a great D.J. voice and presence and has a special way of motivating crowds. I would hire him for any special event.

Anthony Stark is just one of those people who is willing to volunteer or assist a project in any way he can. My daughter and I were setting up a “Swim & gym” event to aid the local NICU unit at Met hospital campus, we have never had an event like this, had previously held walk-a-thons, but decided to try something different, we were able to rent our local swimming complex for 1 hour and 2 hours in the gymnasium, wasn’t sure what to do with the parents and children in the gymnasium, but Anthony Stark learned about our event and inquired about what he could do to help us out, he ended up volunteering his time to play music and did this with no monetary advantage to himself. The kids were dancing around, parents were tapping their toes and it was enjoyed by everyone. I want to thank Anthony yet again for the great afternoon provided to us and to let you know that if you are interested in hiring Anthony for your next event…do so he is wonderful at his music, got everyone moving and laughing is easy to speak to and a great guy.

I am writing this letter of reference for Anthony Edward Stark. Our family hired him to DJ for a 50th wedding anniversary we were planning. Anthony went out of his way to dig up Croatian folk music which we requested. He worked well with the crowd which was a mix of the very young to elderly people. He was able to get people up dancing, and was good with playing requests all night. I would highly recommend him as a DJ for any setting. He’s very good at reading the crowd and playing the right music. I would hire him again if I were organizing another event.

50TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY​

My son was diagnosed with a life-threatening heart condition and was scheduled to have heart surgery in Toronto in April of 2012. In February, friends and family came together to organize a fundraiser for me and my children as I would have to take 8 weeks off of work to care for my son. The fundraiser was set for February 18th at Stars of the Game restaurant. Perfect Little Weddings graciously donated their time and expertise to DJ this event. It was a wonderful evening full of laughs and dancing. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for making the night so memorable, and for their selfless act of generosity.

I highly recommend Anthony Edward Stark. He was employed by the Can-AM Indian Friendship Centre to DJ their community Halloween Party. Upon my first meeting with Anthony he presented himself as very organized and professional. Anthony has excellent communications skills. He connects with his audience in a natural and open kind of way. In addition he is reliable and prompt. Anthony is set up and ready to start the festivities long before the event. He is flexible and will work around your schedule to give your event that special touch.  Anthony is quick to volunteer his services for local causes. Anthony would be a tremendous asset for any event or celebration and has my full recommendation.

I am writing this letter in support of Anthony Stark. He worked our community Halloween dance last year. I found Anthony to be very professional. He was set up in plenty of time for our event. Anthony interacted with the participants young and old alike. We had toddlers to teens to adults at the dance and all had a good time dancing to the music that Anthony picked out.
