Why use a wedding planner?I often get the question "why do I need wedding planner" This is a great question. I can speak from experience, when I got married I had a lot of help from family, friends, and even my fiancé, but it wasn't enough. I needed someone that I could give my little ideas too and have that person turn it into something magical. Don't get me wrong, I loved my wedding, there is just some minor details that I wish I could go back and change. These details would not have been overlooked if I had someone there whose purpose was to see the things that I could not. No bride should have to worry about if the caterer is set up in the right spot, if the band/dj is ready, or if the grooms tux is fitting just right. If I could go back in time and change anything I would have hired a coordinator just for the piece of mind. Knowing that there could have been someone there to take all of the stress off of my shoulders and make sure my day was picture perfect, would have been worth it! Why aren't your prices listed on your website... ?This is another good question, with a simple answer. I don't list my prices here because they can vary. It would not be fair to charge a customer with a $5,000.00 budget the same price as someone with a $50,000.00 budget. My duties would be different, the time I would spend with each customer would be different, so each customer gets a personalized quote instead of a standard price. for starting this business was
not to become rich, I wanted to help couples achieve their dreams. To be a part of this joyous celebration meant that I
was going to be contributing to one
of the best days of their lives. Now with that said, how can you put a price on
magic, how can you put a dollar sign on memories. Well I couldn't, it would be
too much and I asked myself why charge some insane amount when all I am trying
to do is help. I want to be able to help anyone, no matter how much money
you are spending on your wedding. I took all of this information and came up
with a price scale that suits anyone's budget. I will make sure your day is
Picture Perfect!
This all depends on what is expected or needed of the planner. If you
have just gotten engaged, and want help with EVERYTHING, the sooner the better.
If you are looking for someone to coordinate the rehearsal and day of services,
you might not need to call us a year in advance. However, the more notice we
receive the better chances your date will still be available.
